JS Painting, based in Fullerton, has successfully served more than 30 years in residential and commercial painting in Orange County and Los Angeles County of California. We provide quality customer service, outstanding performance, and reliable and timely service. We accept interior and exterior projects ranging from large commercial exteriors to small residential interior jobs.

We have been using J's Construction as a general contractor for the last 15 years for small (less than $3,000 ), medium (up to $15,000), and large (over $100,000) remodeling projects. I hired J's Construction to remodel my condo in Laguna Woods. They did an excellent job, exactly as I expected. The whole house turned out amazingly beautiful. The initial quote for the job is very detailed, and their commitment is fulfilled as promised. This contractor is honest, sincere, highly skillful, very detailed, has a good sense of color and art, and has thoughtful consideration throughout the whole construction process. They put value on the customers' benefit as much as considering their own profit.

Mr. Sul and his crew do an amazing job with professionalism and a great attitude. At first, we just wanted to knock out the wall between our living room and kitchen to create an open concept. After the wall came down, we decided we were opening it up to a completely outdated kitchen...so what did we decide? That it would be best to also completely renovate the kitchen, replace the vanity and toilet in the master bathroom, add a window to our third bathroom...OH let's not forget that we re-did our floors in the living, kitchen and hallways too...no big deal right? LOL! Poor guy...thought he had a small 3 day project and got slapped with a huge one! We are so glad we trusted and went with J's!! Mr. Sul and his crew did an EXCEPTIONAL job. He truly does take all of your feedback, listens, and will give you an honest answer - no gimmicks, no hustle! Basically, he's not there to rip you off or take any short cuts. His quality of work is top-notch and we can not be any happier with the results of our home.
